Phone call from doctor with results of blood test. Couldn't book a further blood test as the computer wouldn't let her book it - even though the doc has said I needed one.

My daughter had her injections and my son asked the lady in number 3 if he could play with a toy while he waited and she said no which is very rude.

Over the years I have been a patient at five surgeries as I have moved around the country. Derwent House Surgery is by far the very best. Reception staff, nurses and doctors all spot on, always made to feel welcome and have never been let down in any way.

Telephoned for an appointment, on hold (music) for 5 minutes! On pay-as-go so ran out of credit! Ended up calling up in person to get an appointment service not good.
